Daniella finally has the motivation to open her very own restaurant and switch from being managed to being managing, so she buys a starter food truck which she names The Portable Papaya, and hires her employers to do her biding and climb to success with her, these being Carla Sorensen, the sassy chef, Maureen Aldrich, the charismatic waiter and Arvin McGraw, the host. The bussiness doesn't go exactly well in the fresh start, making no revenue in the first day and rather stirring some trouble between Daniella and Carla, who has lied in her resumé and isn't in fact as skilled as she appears, but at least Daniella is able to pinpoint what to improve.
